Jameis Winston or Marcus Mariota? Every team needs a star QB to win a Super Bowl and when it comes to investing your future into one man, that task can be quite difficult. Jameis Winston is pegged to have all the aspects of a great starting QB in the NFL, but his off the field issues are a red flag. Marcus Mariota might need development to become a winning NFL QB, but his off the field rap sheet is squeaky clean. Outside of the QB position, the WR position is stacked. Amari Cooper was a Heisman Trophy finalist who could be this seasons Odell Beckham Jr.
