- Braylon was struggling all tournament (21% from three 👀), even starting 0-4 against Duke. Then with 0.4 seconds left, he pulled from the logo and sent UConn Huskies men’s basketball to the Final Four. March Madness really said “main character moment.”
- If that shot felt familiar, it’s because he’s been doing this! He hit a nearly identical game-winner in high school after dropping 50+. Some people have the clutch gene, Braylon IS the clutch gene.
- Homecoming loading… Braylon grew up in Greenfield, Indiana, and now he’s heading to the Final Four in Indianapolis. Small-town kid to the biggest stage in college ball, in his home state?! Talk about storybook!
- Braylon played for his dad in high school and still rocks #24, partly for him, partly for Kobe Bryant. Between that and his work ethic glow-up, the mentality makes a lot of sense.
- Braylon went from one D1 offer to turning down Duke to play at UConn. Now he just knocked Duke out of the tournament with one of the biggest shots of March. Petty? Maybe. Iconic? Absolutely.
