- Heisman, but make it extra historic! Bryce was named this year’s recipient of the prestigious Heisman Trophy on Saturday, and the feat gets even more impressive. He’s actually the first Alabama QB to EVER win the award!
- But the Heisman isn’t the only trophy he’s taking home. Last week, Bryce was named the winner of the Maxwell Award, given to the best all-around collegiate player in the country, AND the Davey O’Brien Award, given to the best collegiate QB in the country!
- Have we mentioned he has a knack for making history? Last month, Bryce threw for 559 yards in ONE game. That actually broke Alabama’s school record for most passing yards in a single game, a record that had stayed intact for over 50 years!!!
- If he was a little taller, he just might be playing a different sport. Basketball was actually Bryce’s first love, and he played all the way until college. He says Steph Curry is his favorite player…and according to his IG, he was actually at MSG to see Steph break the 3-point record last night!
- Bryce on the mic. That’s right! He has his very own podcast. Named “The Bryce Young Podcast”, Bryce launched the pod in September as a way to express himself. Part of a NIL deal, Bryce actually wants to work in sports media after he’s done playing football!
