Brandon Staley and the Saints
New Orleans Saints’ head coach Kellen Moore is assembling his squad – or his coaching staff if you want to be technical about it – and ESPN is reporting that Brandon Staley will be the team’s defensive coordinator. After a tumultuous tenure as the Chargers’ head coach, Staley spent last season as the assistant head coach of the 49ers.
Doug Nussmeier will serve as the Saints’ offensive coordinator, while the special teams coordinator is Phil Galiano.

The Yankees Make a Change
In a story you can’t believe it took until 2025 to tell, the New York Yankees have made a major change in the organization…players can have facial hair, or at least “well-groomed beards.”
It was a decision almost 50 years in the making when George Steinbrenner nixed facial hair in 1976. The amended rule does not change the policy on hair length, which is not allowed to be grown below the collar. Baby steps.
