Hey, Fangirls! The Super Bowl is behind us, and debuting just days after Valentine’s Day is the NBA All-Star game. This year, the City of Stars, sunny Los Angeles, will be hosting the game making it the go-to destination for all Fangirls and NBA fans everywhere. This year’s All-Star Game every player and fan will be badged with Michael Jordan’s iconic Jumpman  logo, so we’ve partnered with our NIKE to make sure your game is on point all weekend long in the City of Flight.

Between a spray tan, hiking the canyon and preparing for tip off, a Fangirl should be prepared to live her best LA life. That’s why we at Fangirl Sports Network put together the perfect LA city guide to make your All-Star weekend well, All-Star. For a Fangirl, there’s nothing more all star than NIKE.

Workouts

Since you’re in LA, you should definitely get in a hike. Runyon Canyon is a favorite for celebs and their dogs, while Topanga Canyon provides a beautiful backdrop. Interested in taking a class? Try an LA staple and get your dance cardio on at Body by Simone or up your spin game at the neighborhood Soul Cycle.

Instagram-Worthy Eats

For your morning coffee or Matcha needs, make sure you visit Alfred’s Coffee or Alfred Tea Room. Whatever you order, it’s guaranteed to be insta-worthy and fuel you for a busy day of sightseeing.

When you’re ready for lunch, head to Grand Central Market downtown. I recommend you splurge on a Bel Campo burger. However, the options are plentiful, so whatever you’re craving, the market will not disappoint. There are literally endless delicious options.

For dinner, check out celebrity hot spot and Italian deliciousness Craig’s or for a lighter fare, try Gracias Madre, a vegan hot spot that’s as pretty as it is delicious. Plus, the margaritas are amazing.

Staying downtown? Then you have to eat at Bestia. I cannot express enough how incredible the food and atmosphere is at this city gem. A little tip from a local, go early and be sure to sit at the bar so you can enjoy watching your fabulous food be made.

Tonight, We are Young

After dinner, if you’re still downtown, head on over to the newly-opened Nomad Hotel for drinks or check out a show at the Ace Hotel Theatre.

If you’re spending the night on the westside, make an after dinner stop at Tasting Kitchen for delicious drinks and a fun bar scene, or go to Chestnut Club for the music.

Pre-Gaming

Head towards the Staples Center early for brunch at Bottega Louie then a walk around L.A. Live, because the people watching will be amazing.

And that, Fangirls, is how to have the perfect All-Star weekend in LA. Whether you’re going West Coast or East Coast in the game, your LA weekend will not disappoint. Follow us on Twitter and Instagram to let us know which spots were your favorite. Later Skaters!
