Marbling your pumpkins is so fun and easy. It will make your home feel festive while you represent the Arizona Cardinals.

Here is what you will need:

  • Mini pumpkins. I got mine from Trader Joe’s. The best ones are the ones with the long stems so you can hold them. The pumpkins need to be white. If they don’t have white, don’t worry. Just spray paint them like I did.
  • Next you’ll need nail polish. Not all nail polish will work. I did a lot of research for you and found that Sally Hansen extreme wear nail polish works the best. I picked some up at Walgreens.
  • Water container; needs to be deep enough to fully submerge the pumpkins
  • Room temperature water
  • Toothpicks
  • Q-tips

How to marble your pumpkins:

1. Fill water container with room temperature water.

2. Open the polishes that you will be using and be ready to act fast.

3. Take the nail polish brush and shake the brush close to the water so the droplets fall in the water. The brush has to be close to the water otherwise the droplets of polish will sink to the bottom,

4.  Add your other colors, but be sure to work fast.

5. Once all of your colors are in, then take your pumpkin by the stem and submerge it into the water.

6. Cover the pumpkin and then remove it from the water. Any excess polish you can wipe with the q-tip.

7. Place the pumpkin on wax paper and let dry.

8. Then get to placing them all over your house for a festive Cardinals pumpkin feel.

We can’t wait to see what you guys create! Post a picture of your pumpkin on Instagram with the hashtag #FGSNpumpkins!
