Seattle Seahawks vs. Indianapolis Colts
The Seahawks are back and I was finally correct in my game prediction. Seattle demolished the Colts 46-18 and was dominant on both sides of the ball.
Seattle Seahawks vs. Los Angeles Rams
However, this week the Hawks are heading to the City of Angels to take on Rams Fangirl Taylor’s LA Rams who are coming off an equally dominant victory over the Dallas Cowboys. Let’s take a look at this week’s matchup.
- The Rams have two major offensive weapons in Todd Gurley and Cooper Kupp, with the latter having five receptions for 60 yards and a TD last weekend. The rookie is even receiving high praise from opposing defenses with Cowboys corner Orlando Scandrick calling Kupp a “Young Jordy Nelson type of player.”
- Gurley had a monster game against the Cowboys rushing for 121 yards, as well as tallying 94 receiving yards and a TD. Seattle’s D will have their hands full trying to contain this dual threat back.
- The Rams front seven sacked Dak Prescott twice and forced him out of the pocket numerous times so if the Seahawks O-line continues to struggle, Russell Wilson might suffer the same fate.
- Seattle’s offense is coming off of scoring the most second half points in team history, 36, and I’m anticipating that Doug Baldwin, Paul Richardson, Tyler Lockett and Jimmy Graham are flying high and looking to wreak havoc on this Rams’ defense.
Game Prediction
It’s going to be an exciting high scoring game and my final prediction is a 37-34 Hawks victory. Sorry Taylor!
Go Hawks!
