- Two-sport star. In addition to football, Jalen ran track & field while attending Florida State. He was a relay sprinter and long jumper and won the ACC Long Jump Championship in 2015.
- Old school hip-hop. Jalen enjoys to listen to Biggie and Tupac before games. He uses the music to calm him down and get his mind right because he usually is too hyped up.
- Fiercely competitive. Jalen hates to lose and is known for his trash talking on the football field. He is so competitive that he has a tough time letting his daughters Breelyn and Brooklyn beat him at kickball in the backyard.
- The Safety Corner. That’s the name of the nonprofit Jalen started that provides meals to LA food banks. Last season, 5,000 meals were donated for every interception the Rams defense recorded.
- Host duties. Jalen is partnering with Uninterrupted to host a postgame podcast after every Rams game this season. He doesn’t have a name for the show yet, but asked fans to help him pick on Twitter.
