After being out nine weeks with a hamstring injury, Minnesota Vikings WR Justin Jefferson WR Justin Jefferson will return to the field on Sunday, as the 6-6 Vikings try to keep their playoff hopes alive against the Las Vegas Raiders.
Jefferson was a full participant in practice this week, and head coach Kevin O’Connell said the star wide receiver will play. It will be Josh Dobbs under center for Minnesota, making this the first game the two will play together.
The Vikings hope for – need – that Justin Jefferson magic.
Trevor Lawrence and the Jacksonville Jaguars
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (ankle) is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Browns, and head coach Doug Pederson said a decision won’t be made before then.
Lawrence suffered a right high ankle sprain during Monday night’s overtime loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. You may remember that this happened in the state of Florida – perhaps the golf capital of the world – and the man had to limp all the way to the locker room while being propped up by two people. Anyhoo, Lawrence was a limited participant in practice Thursday and Friday.
Meanwhile, WR Christian Kirk (groin) has been placed on IR.

- Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco (shoulder) is out for Sunday’s game against the Bills. Clyde Edwards-Helaire will start.
- Baltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson (illness) is expected to play on Sunday against the Rams.
- The Cleveland Browns are keeping everyone in suspense, as they will not name a starting QB for Sunday. It will be either Joe Flacco or Dorian Thompson-Robinson. Stay tuned.
- Eagles TE Dallas Goedert was a full participant in Friday’s practice, which is a good sign for him to play Sunday night against the Cowboys.

NBA Cup Championship
The NBA’s first in-season tournament will come to an end on Saturday, when the Indiana Pacers take on the Los Angeles Lakers from T-Mobile Arena.
LeBron James has been “Playoff LeBron” throughout the tournament, while Pacers point guard Tyrese Haliburton may have just established himself as a star. The Lakers come in as 4.5 point favorites, with tipoff at 8:30 pm ET/5:30 pm PT on ABC/ESPN2.
