Hello my Faithful friends! You all know that September is synonymous with football; but what you may not know is September is National Yoga Month. Yes, there is a month for everything, but it’s comes at a good time as the San Francisco 49ers head to Seattle this weekend to take on the Seahawks, and that can leave many of us, well, breathless.

In today’s 49ers Fangirl Tips and Tricks, I lead you through some yoga breathing and yoga poses to get your mind right and your end tight. So, before you send that angry tweet cursing Blaine Gabbert, or yell at the TV in a way that scares your dogs and your friends, take a moment, watch this video, and try to remain calm. Namaste.
