1. That Wildcat offense. Devin was a member of the 2014-15 Kentucky team that went 38-1! The team was so loaded he was sixth man, and still hasn’t let Coach Cal hear the end of it.  #motivation
  2. Be legendary. That’s the phrase THE Kobe Bryant wrote on the pair of shoes he gave Devin during his rookie year. One year and one day later, Devin dropped 70 points against the Celtics, making him just the sixth player in NBA history to score at least 70 in a game. Think he took those words to heart?
  3. See the shots that I took, wet like I’m Book. Sound familiar? The “Book” Drake is referencing in Sicko Mode is in fact Devin Booker. The lyric recognizes Book’s shooting prowess. After all, he did win (and set the record for most threes in a round during) the 2018 Three Point Contest. #wet
  4. Playing for his angels. As he steps onto the court every night, Devin taps his heart, blows a kiss, and points to the sky. But this isn’t superstition, it’s a tribute to his late grandmother and late godfather, who never got to see him play professionally. #speechless
  5. From super fan to besties. Devin befriended Jenna, a young Suns fan with Down syndrome, just a few weeks into his NBA career. Five years later, the two spend time together before every home game. #BiggerThanBasketball

I created Fangirl Sports Network as a place for female sports fans to follow their favorite teams with content and coverage that speaks directly to females. It started with one and then eight and now 32 NFL Fangirls and 15 NBA Fangirls.
