Seattle Seahawks Fresh off Bye Week

What’s up 12’s?! Welcome to this week’s edition of Talking Touchdowns.

The Seahawks are fresh off a much needed bye week and will be heading to East Rutherford to face the New York Giants, who just won their very first game of the season.

Both teams have been riddled with injuries; however, the Giants lost two juggernauts in Odell Beckham Jr. and Brandon Marshall, leaving them with second year wideout Sterling Shepard, Tavarres King and Roger Lewis to fill their shoes.

Seattle’s secondary should have no problem keeping these guys at bay.

Trevor Siemian was sacked four times last Sunday with three of those coming from Jason Pierre-Paul. The Giants’ pass rush is no joke and I foresee a lot of scrambling from Russell Wilson this week which, frankly, will be nothing new.

However, the Giants O-line has some struggles of its own allowing Eli Manning to get sacked three times last week and a total of 16 times so far this season. Michael Bennett and Frank Clark should feast on Sunday!

I am so happy to have a game to watch this Sunday! My prediction is that it’s going to be another close one, but I think the Hawks will come out on top with their third victory in a row! Go Hawks!
