Hello Faithful! Being a 49ers fan is tough, especially the last few years. All that yelling, crying, frustration, etc. can cause a Fangirl stress. With it being Breast Cancer Awareness month, I wanted to give everyone some healthy ways to let go of stress and anxiety.

Yogi Linette Menaskan came to Fangirl Sports Network to show me, Rams Fangirl Taylor, and Seahawks Fangirl Christina some yoga poses to get us through the game and keep our ends tight. You can do these wherever you watch the game, between timeouts, quarters or at halftime.
