Tips & Tricks: Yoga Poses to Get You Through the Game | Raiders Fangirl

When your starting QB is out with an injury (though it looks like he’s coming back!) and your team has lost three games in a row, yoga might be the only answer. As fans, we may not be playing, but jumping up and down, screaming at the TV and having our hopes crushed, oh, and watching our defense…stresses us out!

That’s why we have Yogi Linette Menaskan here at Fangirl Sports Network to show me and Chargers Fangirl Shelbi yoga poses to get us through the game and keep us looking fit!

You can do these wherever you watch the game, between touchdowns, timeouts and halftime!
