With Safety Eric Reid on the injured reserve list, Jaquiski Tartt has taken over his starting safety duties. The second year player out of Samford was the San Francisco 49ers’ second-round pick in the 2015 NFL Draft. As the 46th player picked in the draft, Tartt is the highest drafted player in Samford’s history. That’s a fun fact in itself!
I spoke with the Mobile, Alabama native after practice awhile back to learn more about him with 5 Fun Facts About Jaquiski Tartt. Watch to find out:
