My mom’s best advice that I remember the most, besides stay classy, not trashy and that I am able to accomplish anything I put my mind to, is that, only I control how I feel and what I think about myself. It doesn’t matter what other people say about me. I know the truth. Nobody can make me feel a certain way without my approval. I’ve tried to adopt that mindset, but my mom does it so much better. She’s so full of life and just laughs everything off.
