Sport: Olympic Softball for Team USA
She Inspires Me Because: Not only is she a tremendous athlete, but she is also one of the first female analysts in a baseball broadcast. She’s proven that a baseball analyst is not defined by gender, and she’s accomplished all of this while raising three sons. She played fast pitch softball at Stanford University and for team USA winning gold in 2004 and silver in 2008.
Fun Fact: Jessica Mendoza is the Women’s Sports Foundation President.
